After 15 years of practicing yoga on the mat, becoming a mother opened me up to a deeper lay of myself and to yoga that I never had experienced before. Even before I got pregnant I started focusing on teaching prenatal and postnatal classes in my home studio. I felt deeply connected to the complex journey that women were going through in their bodies, hearts and lives. After going through it myself, I understood the subtle changes that we can only connect to through quieting the mind enough to listen to the body.
A year after Camille was born, I started to work on We are Mothers– a podcast that allows listeners and contributors alike to dig deeper into our identity as women through the journey of motherhood.
