After 15 years of practicing yoga on the mat, becoming a mother opened me up to a deeper lay of myself and to yoga that I never had experienced before.
Yoga comes in many forms. For me, yoga has evolved into a practice of meditative and mindful movement that allows me to enter a quieter space in myself where I can find peace in my own being.
I always strive to be inspired by life, and to stay curious. I love collaborating and offering new workshops and classes as a way to connect and engage with the yoga practice, each other, and our deeper self.
